And before you can assume that the problem was the email, spam or anything… I tried with 3 different emails and registrations and in none of them I received any key, neither in the account nor in the email.
while this IS NOT what you and the other wrote before…
– Either look up in your “spam” folder (its likely, because in former time ASHAMPOO was “famous” for their many unwanted mails.
– or sometimes some providers are not supported, because they are blocked by the makers ot the software (or their mail services. IF so, just register an e-mail address at another (free?!) provider with good or standard reputation and try try it again from that new account. (Thousands – really! – GOT their key from ASHAMPOO!)another possibility:

try the following (you have to remove the spaces!)

– Enter your (or your new/second) E-Mail address into the empty field
– and then klich the blue field at the right side [… Volversionsschlüssel …]and than: good luck, that they will accept your address and that you get your personal key.

You did really well now. I correctly received the key in my email and was able to activate it.
It was a different step.

Thank you for your feedback :-)Well, I have tried the English site AND the German site, but still haven’t received an email. I am in the USA.
