    I Have tried several times and several ways to receive the license key while installing the program. I have been a member of Ashampoo for several years, but it just hasn’t worked. Very disappointed.

    I spent over 2 hours attempting to create an audio cd. I looked at the error log and no matter what I did to troubleshoot, nothing would work. What a waste of my time!

    I did this once. Where did it go? I did not receive a license key to install.
