I’d like AVG and would love to get this, but the get now button I usually works returns a fatal error labeled as 1066 (I didn’t think the error codes went that high!) I’ve tried it on two different browsers with the same result for all products on this site today. IT usually works fine, so I dunno what happened.

A bait and switch deal. Sure! only after you give out your email, they will tell you about the duration of the program and for new costumers only. They want a nice comment but the bait and switch is not nice. :-( Bummer dude.

Although, 6 months should be enough time to evaluate an av product, it is not enough of an incentive. Your asking me to drop my current av solution and try yours, that is quite an inconvenience for only a 6 month trial. If it is action you want, make it a year offer.

they should just go back to the full one year offer. I am more likely to accept a one year offer rather than 6 month trial.
