Delivery instructions ignored for gated apartments

[hawasi]

I left detailed gate codes and building entry notes for an urgent delivery, but the courier marked the attempt as failed due to an inaccessible entrance. The tracking page offers no option to add secondary buzzer instructions for the next attempt. How can an apartment resident communicate access codes directly to a contract delivery fleet?
