I downloaded this software from a similar site recently. I commented on that site that this software had produced a few fake results, as I wanted to warn other users to use this software cautiously, and not to delete everything it had flagged as duplicates without double checking. The response from the software vendor was extremely arrogant, insisting that their software did not make mistakes. This was despite me saying that I had logs and screenshots to back up my claims, I don’t know what proof they had to show that I was wrong. I still have my proof, in case they insist again that I was wrong. I also questioned how reliable their other claims about this software are, when it was obvious that their claim about its reliability were wrong in my experience. I’m posting this here to warn other users to be careful and maybe not expect the complete truth in any responses from the company. Unless they have learned from their PR and customer relations mistakes on that site, then they might be more accepting that even their software might make mistakes.
As noted in other comments here, there is free and more reliable software that does the same tasks.
It is very slow. I have stopped it and it says “0 duplicate files found” The scanned folder is full with duplitates! Uninstalled!
It says the license code is invalid!
