how do you activate this
the code I got from sharewareonsale is too short for the license field
and I can’t find the so called promotional code field?Huh?
Installed with no problems. I have used previous versions of this without problem, but after installing this, it said I had to restart my computer, which I did. However, when subsequently attempting to open the software, it displays the splash screen, and then nothing else happens. The splash screen just remains on screen (for hours), until I close it with task manager. Win 7 Ultimate SP1, 32 bit.
Also, I forgot to say that the same thing happened when installing on Win 7 Professional, 64 bit.
I went to the registration page as both instructed here at sharewareonsale and at the mail message
( click here to go to the registration page ) to get the license key. I filled the form in thrice but none of them I got the license key.
