Same problem, code does not work: reached the maximum allowed number of registered devices
doesn’t work
I had an former installation of this program that I thought would expire, so I decided to reinstall this one. When it asked if I wanted to same the registration info, I typed “Yes” and it reinstalled and was a registered version, using the older activation code. However, I thought using the older code would still cause the program to “de-activate” I decided to uninstall the program completely and reinstall it with the newer registration code. When I did that, I got the same message as others have stated. (“Registration failed. The registration code has reached the maximum allowed number of registered devices. Please purchase again.”) I guess I’m only supposed to get one “free” Pro version of the program per lifetime!

Definitely a scam to get you to buy at a reduced rate. It’s not a permanent fix anyway. An update etc. will lock it again, so next year you’ll need another subscription.
I’m surprised Shareware on sale fell for this scam.Same as everyone else – Reg code not working – you may as well take this software off of your list and save others the aggravation of going through the process for nothing. BTW, Happy Thanksgiving

I installed this a few minutes after the giveaway opened, and it’s telling me it’s reached the maximum allowed number of registered devices.
The registration password I got from the shareware site does not work
