I fill in all the data, and still waiting for days now for a eMail with the FREE License Key (Genie Timeline Home 10).
And no!, there is no email in the spam box.Same. I also tried to use the “Find Product Key” page mentioned above, to no effect (again… spam box is completely empty). “Well, maybe Genie9 doesn’t like my address”, I thought. I was wrong: today I received an email from them with a limited time offer for the Pro version… are you serious? xD
I also had the previous version. It appears that Genie Timeline 10 AUTOMATICALLY registered with a new license. When I went to get my license, it said I already had it so I went to their site and used the find license tool. The email they sent me contained the new license (serial number) for Genie 10 that I found by going to the dashboard/Product Info. I haven’t run a backup yet, so I was surprised that it was registered (althought nowhere does it say, “Registered”.) Thanks for this giveaway!
