Good software and the license works fine

All you have to do is create an account online https://www.goodsync.com/manage/add-user-form then select the Add License Key (Batch Code) option to add the order code key, then just go back to the GoodSync software and select Help > Activate License > Activate with GoodSync Account, it should then ask for the login details you just created, once you fill it in the license will activate with a pop up to tell you

This product uses the same support system as Roboform, which is also one of their products.

I was able to set up a job connecting a folder to Dropbox, but when I went to set up a second job with a different local folder connecting to Dropbox, I got all sorts of errors and issues.

I recognized the support immediately because I posted the issue on the support site in painstaking detail, and the response was “Please describe your issue in detail”.

It seems to be all cut-n-paste stock boilerplate phrases that don’t address the issue, which is precisely how Roboform support works. After a few back and forths (to come) I expect the same dismissive attitude implying I’m an idiot for having the problem, precisely the way it works in Roboform.

    FYI

So while I’m still not totally thrilled with the support page, I am an idiot, and this one was my fault. I found the problem, fixed it, and posted that it was my fault and closed the ticket.

This is one of the very few solutions for copying/syncing to the Dropbox cloud without having to have the files on your local machine be in or under the Dropbox folder, and as such, it works quite well.

[@Doug Dingle] Can you provide any details of how you resolved your question, in case more of us run into the same issue? Glad you got it working. Thanks.

for mac, there is no “Tools” menu. how to activate?
TOOLS -> GOODSYNC ACCOUNT SETUP. Create a new GoodSync account by entering a valid email, name and password. Follow the steps provided by the account setup wizard. Once done, go to TOOLS -> GOODSYNC ACCOUNT MANAGE

I was successfully activated Goodsyn 10 by the code you provided before, yet once I reinstall the OS and try to activate Goodsyn 10 today, the system shows the code has expired. So, how to fix it? Thanks.
