I lose my disk so in the new disk my serial is not ok because Device limit reached (1/1). Deactivate another device first.

While i had grabbed the offer and installed the program i didn’t quite use it much until today.
So, i have upcoming journey and vacations shortly and wanted to make a mp3 cd for my car. The Grabtube works very good and i a do like it. However after 5 files downloaded i had the request to update (or continue tomorrow). I wondered for a bit (it was the pro i had downloaded, right?) but then thought “i have a license key on my email”, so i did check, found the key on my mail, put it in the box, pressed “activate” and…
…
nothing!
I get “Could not reach license server: fetch failed. Check your internet connection.” error and does not activate!
Any idea why? What can i do to activate now?
