Like others who have posted from earlier today, something’s happened to the downloader where the file isnt’t actually written, but merely cached. Even in ProcExp, there’s no file handle for the downloaded file in the user’s TEMP dir, nor in the destination folder. Please undo whatever code was checked in today. :-)

People who havn’t received the registration code from HitPaw can check the spam folder, i just found the HitPaw email in the spam folder with their official download link and registration code.

I eventually managed to install the programme directly from the link in the email – the usual “hub.exe” link didn’t work at all, no matter how many times I tried.
Die “SOS_G_HitPaw…hub.exe”-Datei hat wohl das HitPaw-Email samt Reg.-Code ausgelöst, aber bei der Installation kein Ergebnis gebracht. Der Download-Link im HitPaw-Email hat dann funktioniert und die Registrierung mit dem dort mitgeschickten Reg.-Code ging auch problemlos OK!
