I have installed on other drive then c: because c: it´s an SSD and I don´t want to c: become overloaded with software: and couldn´t validate serial.
Uninstalled and after installed on drive c: but even so couldn´t validate serial :(I downloaded it today, in the terms and conditions you mention that its a lifetime product but after subscription using the given key once checking for the subscription it is showing as a trial mode.
[@Sandesh] There are a few trial features (for Kotobee Cloud and Kotobee Library), but Kotobee Author itself is a lifetime license with 30 days of free updates.
After restarting PC still can´t validate serial :( It stays on a neverending loop saying «Validating» but if I close the software and start again it says again «Enter serial number»…

I have disconected the Kasperky Internet Security firewall that was blocking validating process. And so I could validate serial key, finally.
