Thanks for your kind offer. But I followed your link and got confused! On the page it says:
Basic => 2.9.4.813
Pro => 2.8.3.733What does that mean? What are we supposed to download?
Are we supposed to go from Basic that we have now from SOS to 2.9.4.813? Why would we want to do that if those who have Pro are supposed to go to 2.8.3.733, which is what we just got via SOS, and so presumably it should be better than 2.9.4.813.Your kind offer has my mind spinning!

MSTech Support TeamThe update to the 2.9.4.813 is a bit odd for several reasons. The license key is the same as the one given to this SoS 2.8.3.733 version.
The Update link lists the 2.8.3.733 Pro version. If you run the update function in the 2.8.3.733 version, it does not come up with the 2.9.4.813 version, but instead says that you are using the latest version. Hmmm.
If you download the 2.9.4.813 version and install it, presumably you are getting the fixes listed in the e-mail and the website.
In the program itself, the About link gets updated to the 2.9.4.813 version. The Update link still lists the 2.8.3.733 Pro version. Going through the Update process, you also get the “You are using the latest version” (understandable because this is the latest version number we are aware of), but after closing by clicking the OK button, the MSTech Updater screen shows that the current version is 2.8.3.733, and the “What’s New in this version” is totally blank.
So, did 2.9.4.813 add or fix anything at all?
It looks like 2.9.4.813 is either really still 2.8.3.733 in disguise or it did not get all parts updated to match the 2.9.4.813 number.
