I’m getting same registration problem as above re missing password, and can confirm i’ve not registered on the site (albeit i may have done previously re an earlier version of MyDraw???)

a quick update on above:i’ve since tried activating via my previous MyDraw login/password, and that hasn’t worked either.

When you have received an e-mail with a blank password it means that you have created an account on MyDraw’s website in the past. The registration info are the credentials( e-mail and password) which are used for activating the software.If you receive a message “invalid username or password” please check if you have requested a password reset( make sure that you have confirmed the changes). Make sure there is no spacing and click on “Activate with MyDraw account”.

GuestThe instruction says “Once installed, launch. Now start by selecting Blank Drawing and once you see the main interface, go to FILE > ABOUT, but after I click Blank Drawing as instructed, nothing happens, and whatever I click, it will just ding ding ding. No way to proceed.

– go to the mydraw web site: https://www.mydraw.com/
– click Log in
– click Forgot Password
– enter your email and click SubmitYou will receive an email with a new password, which you can use to register MyDraw

Before you start the activation process, please make sure that you have disabled your Proxy while activating the software, if you have any.“No available licenses found for this account”
