    Got the registration email and license code but when registering the program it tells me the code is not valid.
    I am using the same email address as received in the registration document.

    Further to my question above, It was my fault.
    I did not read the SoS installation instructions completely

    You MUST enter the email address you entered in the download as your NAME: and Company (FIRMA:) and then the registration will work.

    Take note you will need to enter your email address (the one you used earlier to get the license key) for NAME and COMPANY fields while registering the program.

    Hi there; I have been trying to register for your free full version O & O AutoBackup 6 Pro with no avail.
    I go to the (enter your e-mail address and click “Request free license”) page, press the request free licence button and nothing happens.
    What do I do now?

    I’ve gone to register and have requested my free license 4 times now, still nothing.
    I have other O&O software I’ve paid for, so seems odd that their site is not taking the request and emailing
    my free license back. Anyone else having this problem?
