    [@Ron Cavin] It is now 4:30 in the afternoon and I have wasted an entire day since 7:30 in the morning waiting for the second email of the chain of emails required to obtain a registration key for this software. While waiting, I had time — plenty of time! — to read some of the comments and I see that at least I am not alone in this frustration. I give up, downloading from this site is not worth the irritation and waste of time that so often occurs. I will find my software elsewhere.

    I installed the 64 bit.
    Received their email & responded by clicking on assigned link.
    They sent another email confirming my installation had been for Vista.
    But I’m using Win 10.

    Additionally, WinPatrol alerted me as follows:
    A companion program has ignored your request and replaced the automatic entry.
    This partner program needs to be killed.
    Removed a couple of new installers, then ran a Malwarebytes scan. Scan found nothing.
    Nevertheless, with this prob + the Vista install (c-above), I am more than dubious about keeping
    this program.
    Pls advise.

    After registration, I never receive a serial number…
