    No, it won’t work. This software does not recover or reset Windows logins. Windows Credentials is not the same as Windows login accounts.

    I have used the activation link in the program, replied to the confirmation email, and over two hours later, it still tells me “Pending activation”. Might I ask for a clarification of what is going on, please?

    Pending activation means the software waits for the user to click “Activate” button in the final step probably because the software was closed, but the email link was confirmed after some time. It should redirect you again to the final step where you only need to click that blue button and activate the software immediately :)

    @PC Trek:

    I get a run-time error ‘0’ when the program starts on the second set (browsers). It had just reported 2 passwords on the software group, then started on Browsers. When I click OK on the run-time error dialog, the program exits. I restarted, and tried again, but the results were the same. I have no idea what could be so special about the browser step that could cause the program to crash. Based on the spinning circle, I am sure it had not started on Wireless, and there were no reported numbers on the browsers line yet, so I am sure it must be something when processing browsers that is causing the problem.

    My default browser is Firefox. I also have several other browsers installed.

    I do not see any logs for the program.

    I was able to download, install, and activate per instructions jut fine.

    Any ideas what is going wrong?

    activation is not possible, even for 6 months. There is no chance to get an e-mail with activation code – as reported by other people.

    Hi. Program works fine, except FTP recovery – message appears “FTP: Filezilla Error #91: Object variable or With block variable not set” and program disappear. Do you have any idea whats wrong?

    still waiting for confirmation e-mail, no mails in spam or junk-mail. I tried also other browsers – nothing

    Its not our fault your mail server has blocked the message containing confirmation link. As far as we know for now gmx, web.de will have difficulties getting the email. Please try with different mail server like gmail, yahoo or many other free servers.

    Some passwords fields are empty or have wrong encryption method. But the program shouldn’t disappear, just skip to next item. We will take a look into this on the next release. Thanks for reporting

    Some chromium based browsers like Chrome, Opera or Vivaldi might won’t allow password decryption while browser is running. We have a workaround for this, but it some rare occasions it might fail. Please try to delete all files in your temp folder in you don’t need them and make sure no browser has been started even once before running our software. To go to your temp files just type %temp% in windows explorer.

    Waar is dat geinstalleerd? Kan dat nergens vinden nog een shortcut naar het programma. Dient nergens voor.
