I’m trying to subscribe to the newsletter on the sX Customer Account page and after clicking “Change” it states “You are currently subscribed to the newsletter.” However, when I try to retrieve the license key, the site states I must be subscribed to the newsletter, which I am!

A lot of effort to activate an old program that is 3 major revisions behind the current version, especially since the current version is itself available in several versions with varying capabilities and prices. I gave up at the mandatory newsletter subscription step. I don’t do enough editing of PDFs to make this worth my time and space when there are so many free and updated editors around. They may be less capable, but they’re enough for me.
