I got this same error. It means that you have another version of the software installed. In my situation, I bought Photomizer Pro 2 a couple of years ago, and also bought the plugin version. Now my Pro 2 version says that the demo has expired. While I could just uninstall it, and then install this one, my concern is that it might also uninstall the plugin, which still works.

Got back a registration invalid message like everyone else. Tried 2 different email addresses but got the same
invalid registration message.Have not even received a key code. This was 8 hours ago so sent another request just now. This happened the last time I tried Engleman’s software.
activation email was never rreceived
Downloaded the setup file but it wont install, gives an error code. Waste of time, tried 5 times, downloaded twice. I don’t trust Englemann anyhow because of their nagging promos and phoning home apps.
Всем привет! Программа Photomizer 2 Pro при каждом запуске требует повторно подтверждения активации через интернет. В противном случае не работает. Если отключил интернет, программа становится бесполезной. Такое ГЭ, которое не может работать в автономном режиме, даром не нужно. С компьютера буду удалять.
