Nothing is downloaded.
Registering this software need 3 steps ? NEED THREE STEPS ??? AND CONVOLUTED ONES !!!

Phuck off !I’m thinking this is just a scam to collect email addresses for phishing scams… Or they are simply amateurish.
File downloads to the browser cache, but the app is unable to copy to the target folder. Either the 32-bit downloader doesn’t screen for file paths exceeding 128 characters … or something in the downloader was updated but no longer handling the filename/package coming down.
Had the same experience. Clicked to install, then Activate, doesn’t activate, code not working.
Run the Smoother AI and it disappears anyways. Can’t find it in programs.
Lots of warnings on Malwarebytes and forums about Trojans and Spyware that steal your info.
I just don’t trust DvdFAB softwares. COMODO Security Suite says software company is untrusted, software also untrusted. There’s many choices at VIDEO HELP dot COM.This DEFINITELY does not install. Downloader shows progress completed, but when you click install now, it immediately closes. I tried downloading the file again and got the same results. Also will not save the installation file to your computer if you select this option. Does not work.
finally managed to download the file, but not with the downloader, but manually …
guess the downloader does not work as the file name has a “:” in it – and windowns does not like this. it cannot save files with such characters
so i started the downloader twice and in the second instance a popup showed up letting me choose to try again or to manually download the files >> and voilà, it happened! ;)
have not tested the installation and serial so far, so i cannot say if it is valid or not at the moment – must create an account first to connect the (installed) software to it then …

I suspect you will have downloaded the DvdFab 12 program. That will contain a list of a dozen or so programs that are available to buy, with, if you get it authorised, the free one next to last. Trouble is I can see no way to run it at all, as it does not appear in the launcher, nor elswhere for that matter. if you delete everything, and download the free one from the main site, you will be back at the beginning of the loop as you will have downloaded DvdFab 12 again.
I suspect now this is a new edition to their suite, and it is not working yet, as there has been no feedback as you would expect to any of the comments here.gosh, this promo sucks …

just can tell you that I downloaded the correct file (same as the downloader normally would do), but just via my browser …
worked properly …
