At the beginning, we received one estimate, but now almost every month new costs are added. Some of them look reasonable, but others raise questions. I don’t want to conflict with the team, but paying for everything without checking is also not an option. How do I understand which additional costs are really justified? It seems that some of the risks could have been foreseen before the start.
