got it working on another machine. Just testing a usb stick. Is there any way to get discard the usb, so i can the license back for the used drive.

Using ‘Release USB’ menu on Main application, you can release ‘Secure USB’
Caution: During release, content of USB will be deleted, so, must backup files on USB.“i can the license back for the used drive.”

BTW, you can change your email on Main application.
Click ‘change password or email’ menu, then, you can change email or password.If you have any problem, please let me know.

I have only receive 10 digit (Ex:DHEMJ-HNHS4) serial key via email. I’m try to install the USB Safe Guard.the installation window will ask 20 digit serial key(Ex: DHEMJ-HNHS4-DLEYJ-WNBS4).. why i didn’t receive full serial key. please give me correct serial key.. above mention serial key is only for example not a original key

Serial No (Ex: DHEMJ-HNHS4-DLEYJ-WNBS4) is automatically generated.
Therefore, you do not need to enter Serial No, and you only need to enter License Key (Ex: DHEMJ-HNHS4) in the finalization step.
