Thank you for this usefull giveaway!
Downloaded and installed without problems, registered without fuss too.
Sadly, first time use it stalled with a message, ‘Taps missing’ ! No info on how to get the taps or what to do with them.
Any help will be very welcome. Incidentally I can confirm that it gives 60GB per month, hoping all oes well, sounds great.

I HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR MONTHS NOW AND ITS GREAT, 50 GIGS IS MORE THAN ENOUGH, I USE ONLY 2-3 GIGS A MONTH. I INSTALLED A LOT OF PROGRAMS ON MY COMPUTER AND LATER I UNINSTALLED MOST OF THEM, BUT I WILL NEVER UNINSTALL WINDSCRIBE! THANK YOU AGAIN![@stiv]

4.Download………..Did as required to install. No confirm email from Windscribe RE: 60 Gigs. My account says I have 2 Gigs. What to do?
No problems downloading and showing a very healthy allowance.
No actual use for it though as the country I need the IP from is only available with the Pro version.
Wonder how many other people are a tad disappointed about the very limiting number of countries you can use this with.

Decent program with limited choices of sites for this free version. I don’t care too much about that – I’m fine with my IP being masked, it doesn’t need to indicate I’m in Latvia.
Like all VPNs, access speeds vary wildly. I pay for 100 down, actually get 125 down; using this it varied from a high of 90 down to a low of 2(!) down.
The 60GB limit was a nice bonus and gives the ability to try it extensively before committing to the Pro version. Thank you.
And a few bad things I’ve noticed:
-Even while it’s off (both VPN and its firewall), if the application is running, it will sometimes hit the CPU for 12-15% of it’s power, and stay there, raising the machines temperature for no reason. NO REASON. Why do you need 15% of the CPU’s power if you’re not doing anything? This is not good at all.
-And they have not responded to an email since Monday morning. July 4th is not a holiday in Canada. Perhaps they only respond to Pro clients. I just wanted to know if I could use this free version on two machines, or if I had to get a separate account for my laptop. No response. I just finally created a second account before the time for 60GB ran out.
-The Android version is only available for Pro customers. And its installation procedure is far more complex than I’m used to seeing. I wanted to put it on my Amazon Fire box, but no love from Windscribe there.
As I already have this and updated to 6oGB from 50 I want to know if this is a new updated version or the same one available from GAOTD 6 months ago?
IOW:
Does Windscribe update their software periodically and/or when I claimed/entered code successfully do I have the version being offered here today?Every 2 minutes I get a notification that: ‘You are now connected to Windscribe’ (Best location)
I have to turn off the Firewall to at least have some connection when using internet.
This is not what I expected from this software …
Any ideas, what might be wrong and how to fix this kind of issue?
