    I have last year’s version 11.45 on Windows 8.1. Is there any compelling reason to upgrade?

    Je n’arrive pas télécharger quoi que ce soit!
    J’obtiens le bouton de téléchargement mais quand je clique dessus , tout s’arrête.
    Peut-être pourrez-vous m’aider?

    [@bernard] Thank you for your concern. I meant that this new v13.19 dislodged the previous from GOTD but kept the old license. Anyway it is solved as I realized later an e-mail had been sent by SOS with the new key, which I already used. Now it states “registered to sharewareonsale” and all is well.
