    Is this going to be resolved or do we just uninstall?

    I have installed your software and completed ALL of the directions for your free Premium user download.
    Then, when I go to “Settings” (as you instruct), and add my “license key” (exactly as you instruct), it DOES NOT WORK. It *Does Not VERIFY*.
    I just shared your program on Facebook. If this is your way of having Beta testers test your products, by not having them install, it’s not a good customer experience, even for me, being a FIRST TIME beta tester for you.
    I also sent you Feedback. I wonder if anyone will reply, with exact directions.
    Until this is resolved, I will not encourage anyone to download your software, free or paid.
    I hope you read these posts, as SEVERAL PEOPLE have had the same problem!! Thanks in advance for your timely reply.

    I had the same problem. I hope that someone at this company takes care of our problem soon, as there are others who are having the same/similar problem! I am a first time user of this program, and I am not happy right now, with this poor experience.

    Please fix your error in your sign up process for Beta testers for the Premium version.
    If I do not hear from you (I emailed you as “Feedback”) in a timely manner, I will uninstall your software and Delete my glowing Facebook review of your program.
    Thanks for your immediate attention to this matter. Please read your other comments here, are Several others are having similar problems!
