[@Therese] Firstly, we have a “Contact Us” link at the bottom of every page.

Secondly, our receipt upon payment works just fine — I don’t know why it didn’t work for you.

Thirdly, we will not be changing our refund policy because we can’t; there is no way we can give people refunds without getting ripped off because we are selling digital goods that we can’t take back. If you think going to PayPal would assist you, you are wrong; they will side with us because a) your claim is false (we delivered the goods, not as you claim that we didn’t deliver) and b) our policy clearly states no refunds. Any refund we make will be because we want to make you happy, not because we have to do it — especially since it was your fault, not ours.

Lastly, why are you posting here after I asked you to email me? You have emailed me and I will reply to you there, I’m not sure why you feel like you need a public audience. We can easily be having the same discussion via email.

Water under the dam at this point, but it might help to post a real email address and (more importantly) a less intimidating refund policy. Valid refunds due to human error (programming or otherwise) should be clearly allowed. I hope you fix your shopping cart to show a receipt upon return to site after payment from Paypal really, really soon. On my part, I think this has soured me on ordering anything that isn’t 100 percent discount from this site.

Well, water under the dam at this point but it might help if you actually posted a contact address on the website and a less intimidating return policy.

[@Therese] A good start would be to email me instead of filing false claims with PayPal; you bought three and we delivered three, so your claim that two of them weren’t delivered is false and only hurts our reputation with PayPal. Please drop me an email at admin [at] sharewareonsale [dot] com so we can discuss what happened and take the appropriate action.

I have accidentally “bought” three of this software. I am going to try to delete the payments because I only wanted one, but the problem occurred because when Paypal sent me back to the site, it said the details of the order had disappeared so I tried again, twice. This occurred on both Firefox and Internet Explorer. How do I get rid of the two extra orders?

File FileMenu Tools have a shredder in their context menu sub-menu

There are plenty of shredders, File Shredder is a good one:
    http://www.fileshredder.org/
It can delete anything from context menu (right click).

I did not make myself clear earlier, what I want to ask was : Does “File washer” have a context menu entry/link that I can use to delete a file or folder ?
File menu Tools is an interesting program, a bit above my head! I guess I have to study it to see whether It can be programmed to add certain programs to the context menu.
    Thanks for the link

I can’t answer your question regarding this program (it appears no one can), but if you want to make changes to your Windows context (right-click) menu I’ll suggest FileMenu Tools since it will let you do about anything you’d ever want with your context menu and it’s free/donation ware. Also Glary Utilities and CCleaner will let you make some modifications. Personally I’ve never been impressed with any of the 1-abc.net utilities since there is plenty of freeware that will do the same or better, although at this price, it’s your call.

    Thanks
