I tried the free version. Decided I liked it and bought this version. I registered my free version under one email address and my paid under another. Now I can’t change the email address or registration code. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. I’ve ran ccleaner after an uninstall. I can’t get it to let me re-register. It always shows my other information. I can’t figure out where this stuff is being stored. I contacted Aimersoft but they haven’t been very helpful. I want to make sure I’m registered in such a way as to get my lifetime updates. Anyone dealt with this?

Heh, spoke too soon. You assume when it says all products/services delivered that would be the case. Anyway, finally got the email, downloaded and registered. I am smiling once again!

Ashraf, process is not completely bug free yet. Received my payment notice very quickly. Have yet to receive my registration code and download instructions (no not in my spam folder). Checking my order status it says “Order complete. All products/services have been delivered. Not true! Requested an email giving details of order. Nothing! Next course of action is to check your account, so I tried opening one. Need an email to give instructions on how to proceed with account registration. Nada, nothing, zip! I sent a request into support. Let’s see how that goes. First time I have ever had an issue, through this site or any. I guess it was my turn!

After several communications with support, I deduced that my internet company was blocking the website to purchase the software. I ended up buying it on my cellphone ( I used a virtual credit card number obtained with my credit card company for one time use for the amount of purchase just in case ) and received the code promptly and unlocked the software. I have done 2 older dvd’s so far with no problem. Hope it works well with the newer ones and blurays as well. Hope this helps for those having trouble buying the software. By the way, they finally sent me the code for the free version after a few contacts explaining how I purchased the free version but I had just purchased the full version by the time I got the code.

FYI, Aimersoft replied back with a direct purchase link, but it failed. I even tried at a business location and it failed too. I could open a http://www.aimersoft.com link, but seemingly nothing without the www. Finally, I turned off wifi on my phone – and that worked with my data connection (ATT) and i was to purchase! The confirmation email had a download link and that worked on my desktop system. I was able to install and register the program, but Aimersoft popup links that open after install failed,

I am pretty sure I now know why – - the common denominator with all failures was the ISP: Comcast.

[@Tom] Very odd. It loads perfectly fine for me. I’ll ask Aimersoft to look into it.

    Ashraf -
Tried on 2 different computers(Win 8.1 and Win 7) with both IE and Firefox. Direct link goes to site but get same result when click ‘Buy Now’ button. Always after a long delay IE says ‘Page cannot be displayed” and Firefox says ‘Connection has times out’. I just left Aimersoft a message.

[@Justin] [@Tom] If the above link doesn’t work, go to http://www.aimersoft.com/dvd-software.html and purchase from there — on the right side of the page.
