http://www.syvir.com/Support/sen/Default.aspxWrzGuestHello, I would like to download the real installer in my browser, not the ‘hub’ My browser’s downloader works fine and so I don’t like using external ‘downloaders’ can you please give me the link to the actual installer, not the hub?
Bob LevyGuestlong time friend of SOS, but this one has me concerned.
Install does not install but downloads a zip file.
I unzipped and ran setup only to be told I had out of date files and if OK would have to restart windows.
NOT A GOOD SIGN.
Since I have no clue what files were old, I will not install.SYVIR TechnologiesGuest[@Bob Levy]
SyvirSen is contained in a zip file from here

http://www.syvir.com/dl.aspxconsuellaGuestSorry, but to me your answer to Bob Levy’s post seems somewhat incomplete.
For those of us who are average computer users, it is a bit puzzling why your program starts searching for, and needs to replace, some old files. So, my question is: what files, specifically, are being replaced? And why?
scaGuestantiquanted install…install directory selection problems…wants me to determine to keep or replace a .dll…once running could figure how to connect to network…failed during uninstall…junk
SYVIR TechnologiesGuest[@consuella] Ok, the files are Microsoft extensions that are installed if not present in your windows/system directory these will have been installed by other programs on your computer. However its better to keep the existing versions of these as well as install the ones with our software. Most software uses these files to enable it to work…I hope that helps…
BuckGuestStruggled through the antiquated install and entered the license. Did a network scan and received error “Unable to retrieve network node list”. Then I get another message “Restart program to make network changes”. When I restart the program, it is unlicensed, i.e. it says it is the free version. Good idea for a program, bad execution.
WillGuestUseless shit… Don’t install don’t waste time…
