    installs the Barcode Reader FREEWARE version 10.1.0.1784

    This freeware programme has a business license,
    therefore it normally costs $19.99

    Is it really only for XP, Vista, Win7 ?
    This is year 2018 !

    Does pictures have barcodes ?
    What is the purpose of that ?

    Normally you need a mobile device to read barcodes
    What ‘thing’ in the PC can READ them ?

    Am somewhat confused
