    i Have a problem on downloading this program…
    I can’t download it.
    it gives me message that Failed – Insufficient permissions….
    What can I do?

    Hey I appreciate the program. It installed fine but the in the program folder it says it’s only version 1.6.2. The system tray app reads version 1.7.1? Amanda
