This is the standard edition which cannot create a USB bootable password disk. Only a CD can be created and unfortunately many new laptops do not include a CD/DVD reader/writer. You must upgrade to the Pro version at a cost ($39 USD)to be able to create a USB bootable flash drive. So uninstalling and forgetting. A waste of my time.

It won’t recognize my blank cd, says to install a blank one, but it is blank
Installed from sharewareonsale installer and when creating a flash drive it states:
Demo Installation: Update to Pro or burn a DVD.Just another piece of junk, the giveaway version doesn’t allow you to create a bootable USB
not professional only standard
Misleading. This free version only will burn a recovery CD, not a USB. Why has CDs anymore? Basically this is unusable to me, therefore untested.

If you have a blank and readable CD/DVD, you can use the Standard version to remove forgotten Windows login password.
If you want to burn a USB flash drive, you can upgrade Standard to Professional version to reset your Windows password.Very angry and very disappointed that this inefficient program CANNOT create a USB boot drive. It ONLY can create a now useless CD/DVD media only, which today is almost extinct.
Why offer a program that is useless and cannot be used by the majority of the users here?
Ashraf ….you messed up big time and a big shame on you, as you should have offered the Pro version instead of this garbage and useless Standard version which CANNOT use a USB drive.
