georgeGuest“Bitdefender Total Security 2018” is The best program!
Благодарность for mr. Ашраф за подарочные акции. RESPECT!CJ6GuestThis is for a 6 month free trial.
CJ6GuestNevermind what I said. After installing and running the program, it is for 1 year and 5 devices.
I installed it thinking it was a 6 month trial.
Thanks!SteveGuestI am a paid Bitdefender subscriber – much to my regret. The program slows my computers to a crawl when scanning and/or updating and is often unresponsive to commands to cancel said scanning or updating (so as to proceed with ongoing work). On one computer, Bitdefender takes forever and a day to become fully operational (hovering over the taskbar icon brings up a message saying “Bitdefender services are loading – – please wait”), and sometimes a restart or multiple restarts are required to get Bitdefender fully up and running. I asked Bitdefender Support for help and included whatever information it is that their program collects with the support request. Their first response was to tell me to submit the information their program collects (as though I had not already done so). I pointed out that I had already submitted that information, and they put my support request on hold with a promise to get back to me. That was about two months ago and I’ve heard nothing. Bottom line is: Bitdefender (reportedly) is good at stopping malware as long as it works, but if you need customer support you are out of luck as there is no meaningful customer support. I will be going back to Kaspersky when my paid Bitdefender subscription expires. //s// GHS
GeneGuestWhile I’ve heard mostly good reports on this product, the issue that Steve mentions above would bother me, and I’m not unhappy with my current (free) AV program, which I’ve been using for a few years now. The bottom line though is probably that I just can’t be bothered with short-term licenses for much of anything — as is common with a lot of these promo giveaways. Where there is at least a 1-year license on something of potentially great interest, that is where I may have a go with it.
BombshellGuestIt was only 6 months, I didn’t get a year like others!
HariGuestThanks great work
