This is another selfishware. Sharewareonsale.com was doing so good in reducing the amount of selfishware being offered. This one would have been useful to me. At $39, I can’t buy this right out when I got other more important things I need to buy. Had free updates for three months been offered, I likely would have taken the deal, and bought it at the end of that. I need to quite buying things I don’t need anyway.

WARNING! Fail to install and request manual restart of Win. Manual restart result in a endless diagnosting loop of repair tests. Only solution to get back to normal Win was system recover! Make sure you have a set a new system recover point if you want to install this program. I will not try again after all troubles.

WARNING: DO NOT INSTALL THIS SOFTWARE
During install I got a message that the install has an error and needed a manual restart which I did.
It booted into Automatic Repair, Diagnosing and finally Automatic Repair couldn’t repair your PC.
So I went into Troubleshoot and selected System Restore.
Fortunately the QILING install process had created a restore point at its start.

Like many of the others, I had issues with this software installation.

For the record, I am running Win10 Home x64 on an SSD with separate graphics card. I was installing to the “D”, not “C”, partition where I have all my installed programs on.

After installation a message popped-up over the installer’s finish screen stating something like ‘could not complete installation, restart your PC and then run install again to complete’. I restarted and, like the others, the bootup screen gave ‘attempting to repair’ message, then a ‘diagnosing problem’ message, then blue screen reading ‘couldn’t repair your PC’ with the choice of “turn off PC” or “restart” or “advanced options”. First I chose “restart” and the exact same thing so I then chose the latter, went into “troubleshoot” and between “reset PC” and “system restore”, again I chose the latter. THANK GOODNESS I had created a restore point this morning!

The reviews on the offering page are good so I wanted this but am quite apprehensive now.
Sadly, I don’t anticipate any response here as it seem no one reads these discussion pages on this site. For that reason, I’ve always thought there should be one comment thread right on the offering page to include reviews and questions so they are seen, similar to the way GOTD does. Anyway, I do hold out hope that someone from this vendor can address these issues as they do not seem to be isolated since it seems to have happened to many of us.

When I run Qiling Disk Master Pro, I always get a message indicating that (services are not well installed and I must restart the PC and reinstall again). I’ve done several times without success.
