Has anyone else had any problem with installation? I have downloaded the installer, it downloads the program, then just disappears! Not sure what to do.

While there may be numerous reasons for this (have you tried googling?) my bet would be some AV software is blocking it.
Run the virus check manually and once it’s done, launch the installer again.
Or at least, when you run the installer, give it some time after it disappears. Maybe the virus scanner is checking it before letting it install itself.
If you try restarting the installer before the AV scan is finished, you may end up in the endless loop…
Then again, I may be wrong.
I’m using Avast and it checks each file I download before allowing me to install it!
