Oh, If I had a time, I’d educate you about the purpose of “Behavior Tab” and “Dr Watson” (dwwin.exe), and how this creates false positives… but I don’t have the time :(
In short, this tab helps people who understand the topic to see if this is a real threat or a false positive. In this case it simply states the dwwin.exe was launched, which is actually a Windows component that collects the data about app crash… This LEGITIMATE data collection is BEHAVIOR similar to what a virus would do –> Ergo FALSE POSITIVE got triggered by this BEHAVIOR, not by the actual virus activity.
So, you see… one must understand this to use the Virustotal.com to it’s full potential!
Google started this site not to hunt for viruses, but to fight against FALSE POSITIVES that are hurting legitimate businesses just as much as real viruses (if not even more).
Have a nice day :P
MarioGuestHas anyone else had any problem with installation? I have downloaded the installer, it downloads the program, then just disappears! Not sure what to do.
Thanks in advance.
While there may be numerous reasons for this (have you tried googling?) my bet would be some AV software is blocking it.
Run the virus check manually and once it’s done, launch the installer again.
Or at least, when you run the installer, give it some time after it disappears. Maybe the virus scanner is checking it before letting it install itself.
If you try restarting the installer before the AV scan is finished, you may end up in the endless loop…
Then again, I may be wrong.
I’m using Avast and it checks each file I download before allowing me to install it!

Tentei instalar o softwaer mas sem sucesso.
Baixei o instalador, ele faz o download do programa, mas depois não tenho acesso à aplicação!
Que fazer?
Obrigado pela ajuda

No giveaway here (or on GAOTD) includes a lifetime of updates and support. Get serious. You can use many of the programs given away here forever as they are. If you want updates and support, PAY FOR IT.
Talking about selfish…have a look in the mirror.
This is not the first time you’re whined about this. Give it a rest. Nothing is forcing you to come here or download any of these offers.

Maybe something similar to this?
https://superuser.com/questions/1067661/some-programs-open-and-close-immediately-windows-7
or https://www.sevenforums.com/software/277426-some-programs-start-then-immediately-close.htmlEven both cases are about Windows 7, similar problems can occur on Windows 10 too.
Also, I remember reading about issues with some Wallpaper Slideshow conflicting with some installers causing similar symptoms to what you described.

Oh yes… I forgot to mention. It looks like the program crashed in the AV testing sandbox environment. Probably it was actually blocked by the AV software in the first place. Some AV vendors are smart and can recognize this, and some are not so smart. That’s why you can check results from 70-100 AV vendors and compare their findings.
But this all require some brain activity on your side too :P
