When I attempt to do my first scan of files, it creates a list of files but then never shows the compiled list. Then it crashes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck.
My information is below:

I hope you can help me get a working copy before this trial expires. I am attempting to find some “lost files” on an old drive. I am not sure which folder I put them in.
