Keep in mind from the other day when the freebie was Efficient To Do List… these people do NOT know how (or haven’t implemented it yet) to purge your database in Efficient Reminder.
Anything! you attach will live there forever, even after you delete the attachment, or record. Can you imagine how large your file is going to get?
Or… you can send your database to them, and they will compress it. Yeah, right. Privacy is why I’m doing this in the first place.

2. YES, at this moment, we cannot compress the datafile size once you delete some records. later we will add this function directly in software
(now you can send us your data file, then we will compress for you.)As of right now 7/1/19, they have not answered my question about WHEN this will happen. My guess is never.
