I downloaded and followed the instructions as per registration and installation and the application run on the computer, but it does not accept my log in information even after having gone thru the process and verifying that it was correct. It seems that the software is bogus or a malicious software. Because even as I try to uninstall it, it brings up a pop up saying that it cannot uninstall. so I have to manually and forcefully uninstall it.

Kindly look into this, because I have downloaded softwares from your site before and never had this kind of issue.

Is working (as it should) but is the FREE basic account with MORE limitations than features. The link you provide for registration (https://issuhub.com/site/signup?coupon=5d2ebaefe54461563343599) with that coupon value is EXPIRED or invalid, anyway leads to a VERY basic registration. Next indeed useful account is $299/yr so we should just forget about. Is a shame

We just checked the registration link, and it works well.
To use the link, please make sure that the customer is a new user.
The link doesn’t work with the existing user.
If the customer has already logged in the https://issuhub.com, the customer should sign out first, then use a new email address to create a new account through the link.
Or ask the customer contact us, we can give the customer a coupon code to activate the pro account.
