I’m really sorry is not working on your computer.
You can also try to run it in Windows7 or XP compatibility mode.
1. Right-click on the “Notebook.exe” file and select “Properties”.
2. Select “Compatibility” tab, and select:
“Run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows XP” check-box.
“Run this program as an administrator” check-box.
3. Click “Apply” button.
4. Click “OK”
