I am not getting a reply from the site O&O Defrag

Emeği geçenlere teşekkürler.When registering, I just add in fields: my name and code but company’s name is empty because I don’t have company. To complete the registration , I can end here , right?
I tried to get a message twice, giving 2 different e-mail addresses, no answer for hours.

my heart skipped a beat for a moment when I thought it was diskimage. shucks.There’s no point in reviewing this O&O Defrag v22 because it’s an old version.
The vendor will not be participating here by reading and taking advantage of our feedback to improve their next version.
They have already moved on to v23, so if we want to give them feedback, we can download trial version of v23 from their website, and play with that.
I suppose this is their attempt to put at least their name in place versus the competition, but the competition is already FREE, so … unless they offer v23, FREE, this makes no sense.
I use
FREE VOpt,
FREE MyDefrag,
FREE IObit Smart Defrag that includes boot defrag,
FREE Glary Utilities that includes boot defrag,
FREE Avast/Piriform Defraggler that includes boot defrag,
FREE Auslogics that includes boot defrag,… and so on.
For me, a critical service is boot defrag, defragging Windows resources BEFORE loading Windows.
Many programs have various implementations of that feature FREE, and then the Windows part of the program itself never really needs to run if we don’t want to.
Currently, a version of FREE Condusiv Diskeeper boot DOS batch file that can even move directories to the outer ring and sort their entries alphabetically for the fastest ChkDsk and Dir display ever, if you want to experience responsive computing.
O&O Defrag … not so much.
Note that Peter Norton’s original Speed Disk was the first and only tool to do this in the days of DOS, including an independent Dir Sort tool to alphabetize directory entries … but now under Symantec, also not so much.
What are vendors thinking in “giving away” deprecated software ( and making it so hard to get it, registration wise ?!? ).
Programming 101:
– IF you piss us off,
– – THEN we go elsewhere.Come back when you have current software for us to review, and make it at least as competent as the competition before coming back.
Know your song well before you start singing.
Don’t make us have to tell you about features and benefits you should already know about, stuff that your competition already offers.
Especially the FREE competition.

the website you go to is not in English. put in email address – get email click on link – get 2nd email with code.
when open product – help when put in name it for me was my email address. and so was next item the serial code can not be pasted. All other info etc are in English.This version 22 is the older version.
