Please stop blaming the end user for your bad programming.
Email links are generated by your end. When you email out, using a real email server you will get log info on why an email was not delivered. You need to have your internal tech support review the logs to take care of your potential customers.
Shifting the blame constantly, is not a good business practice.

I have verified with all five of my email providers, and none of them show your email as touching the server. So, that could only mean your server has the issue. YOU need to investigate why/how to fix issue.
