It seems Comodo is flagging all packed installers this way. Probably insecurity about SFX Modules. You can ignore this false positive.

It is not user fault neither its ours as we do not have control over your email service.

We are against this and we do not even send more than 2 mails a year. If you want to know the reason and want to technically improve internet and how third party services handle their service you can always find some topics around and discuss it. For us the reason is because in past we have switched servers, while the servers was down some mails got flagged as spam and since then (5years) we are trying to communicate with those service providers to fix problems (update their database) on their side, unfortunately we are not so important in this world so it may take some time. Meanwhile all we can suggest is for you to try some better email service. :)
We are sorry for the troubles, you could try with another email. There are many people who have successfully claimed this free version without any problems.

If it is stuck at “Verifying” most probably there is a third party software on your operating system that is blocking the access to internet. Check your antivirus / firewall maybe even try to temporary disable it. Try it one more time and we guarantee you will be happy with Connectivity Fixer!

Dear Skip E,
the problem you experience with the installation process could be caused by your firewall and/or your virus scanner. Most of the Badosoft products need a active internet connection to get installed successfully.
Please take a look at our knowledegebase by using the search(Firewall) where you can find a solution for this problem!
If you receive an error message after pasting the serial number in the installer form, then the activation processed is blocked from your end (Computer, Operating System, router, modem or Internet connection):
a.) We do use an activation server to activate the Software online, we suggest temporary disabling your Firewall and/or antivirus scanner or similar security applications during the activation process, as this applications can block the activation process by some users. Please read the manual of your Firewall, antivirus-scanner or other security application how to make an exception or 100% temporary disable the application so that no processes or hidden processes are in use!
b.) In few cases Internet Service Providers do disable the ICMP service in the router or modem. This is against the standard and can lead that your Computer cannot be activated by our activation server. Please read the manual of your router and/or modem or contact your Internet service provider to assist you to enable the ICMP service!
c.) If you or some 3rd party Software application has disabled the ICMP service process of Windows (not the ICMP service of your router or modem) , please enable it or ask your System Administrator to assist you!
d.) Please ensure that you are connected to the Internet while downloading the Software!

Maybe you could try with another email service or you could try contact your email service provider to know why are messages to your email being controlled and who decides what you want to receive :)

Email links are generated by your end. When you email out, using a real email server you will get log info on why an email was not delivered. You need to have your internal tech support review the logs to take care of your potential customers.
Shifting the blame constantly, is not a good business practice.
—I have verified with all five of my email providers, and none of them show your email as touching the server. So, that could only mean your server has the issue. YOU need to investigate why/how to fix issue.
– To get off of the “black list” for spam emails is a very easy process. There are FREE tools to verify if your listed, and contact info to get released from list. Even with this pandemic… process only take 2-7 business days.. sometime as fast as 1hr…

What I meant to say was… I have cancelled the installation.
My provider does not delete messages but put them in a spam box if necessary.
I can always read and delete them myself.

SkipOGuestIt never verified the “promotional offer”. Had to abort after 2 hrs. Getting out o the verifying screen required reboot of my PC.

We do not usually offer any support for the FREE giveaways but yet we are here to help.
You should probably read our comments more carefully, the blame is not on user but neither there is anything we can do to help with this issue.
Emails are generated at our end yes and are successfully sent out, after that we do not have control with it only your email service provider does.
We have spent already too much resources trying to solve this issue, and not at any time was an issue at our end, but on the other sides offering us payable services for email delivery, this is “a normal” today but we are against it honestly :)
You can open a ticket at our website and check it from time to time and we will reply there with a solution for you!
