Umm. I believe, as long as you do not upgrade to version 15 or above, it’s lifetime. Ashampoo will keep the key in your account.
“This is a 1-computer lifetime license”I am getting the following error message, despite having restarted my win 10 several times:
“The backup was stopped because of the following error:
Error starting a Windows component (Volume Shadow Copy Service) that is essential for the backup (error VSS 0x8004230f).
Please restart your computer and try again”.Too bad.
I am gonna uninstall this program.I have just one suggestion. Please restart your computer immediately after you have installed the program. Then run the program. I found out the hard way.
[@Robert Fare] Try doing this before giving up on the program. Go to the Task Manager and locate VSS (Volume Shadow Copy). If it is stopped, start it. If it is running, try restarting the service. See if that helps.
