PierreGuestHello,
I decided to install ” Ashampoo Burning Studio 2021″, and, unless it is written in the notice, I did not get any screen where to request a key during the installation.
So I cannot get a key and thus cannot validate the installation.
What did I miss?
Thank you for your help and regards, Pierre.Kim BolickGuestI downloaded Ashampoo Burning Studio 21 and tried to install. I got what looksike an install box, but it is blank.

JazzGuestMr.DaveGuest[ @Ashraf] Can you add to your “Have something to say” message, that if you have problems, please let us know what version of windows, what antivirus, and what browser you’re using? That would help the rest of us to know if we should expect the same problem, would let those with a similar setup report whether they have the same problem, and would help developers track down what might be needed fix.
I’ve been persuaded by comments here to skip a program and even avoid the developer in the future, when it could be people still trying to run Win XP or using some antivirus that I don’t have. A little extra effort from someone who is already taking the time to comment, could help everyone — if they are reminded to do so. Thanks.
Dave ThorsonGuestBased on the description, this seems to be the same as Ashampoo Burning Studio 18 – at least my copy of 18 has all the same features as the 2021 offered here today. Does anyone know of any differences?
JonzyGuestI can’t see the registration form, they asked me for serial that’s all i’ve got.
JonzyGuestSorry, they asked for email reset, this has to be done and it worked.
Mr.DaveGuest[@Dave Thorson] Update: I tried to make a backup from my iPhone to DVD, a feature I didn’t realize was in the program. The process completed very quickly, the folder structure was created on the DVD but there were NO pics, videos, music or documents copied to the DVD. I’m using version 18.
Ok, so time to try version 2021.
Installation ended by telling me my PC needs to be restarted — I still had 18 running, maybe it needed to update a file in use by that? At least it gave me the option to restart later.Later, PC restarted. I loaded 2021 and registered it (already have an Ashampoo account). No serial numbers given or needed, but then, the program doesn’t say whether it’s registered or not. I’m guessing it won’t even run unless registered.
2021 appears to be IDENTICAL to version 18, except it says 2021 wherever it used to say 18. Same menus, don’t know if anything was changed behind the scenes. Backing up from my iPhone 10 to a DVD still does not work. I won’t waste another DVD on that.
This has been my go-to program for many years (that’s why I bought a license for 18). Works well for burning data onto a DVD, that’s what I use it for. User interface is confusing to me but I managed to figure it out and now it’s second nature. It just seems odd that some settings are only available at certain points in the process. Some to be set before you pick any main menu options, and others after it’s checked out the DVD drive and disc.
BebopGuestI’ve been using the Ashampoo burning software for many years, it’s my go-to for dvd/cd burning of any type. I’ve not downloaded this one yet because I’ve just purchased their Burning Studio 21 at a really good price although now the version 22 is out and I probably won’t need that one yet. They have two series of burning software, the most recent commercial one is version 22, and the most recent version of their “freeware” version is 2021. My experience over the years is that the freeware line is one or two iterations behind the commercial one, but is extremely serviceable, so this should be great for anyone that needs it.
My only criticism of this product is the same I have of all of the burners in today’s market: With the decline in popularity of the DVD over USB flash-drives, I would like to see Ashampoo add the ability to write to flash-drives as well as DVD/CD formats, particularly in creating a bootable drive.rizaldyGuestim install ashampoo burning studio 2021 but where i can get the key to activate?
