The worst backup service ever. I bought this from you about a year ago, uploaded about 62 GB of 1 TB given at the time, was painfully slow to upload, and now I am trying to recover my file and if you did not see a snail on vacation, this will do. After 3 days I am at 36% restored and still going, SLOW! Worst deal ever for me. No response from “polarbackup” and a lot of idiotic way to restore to the same drive as the backup, or the restore will FAIL, log tell that it was cancelled by user. WEIRD!!!
