Front-end training is usually about code, but online payments, checkout pages, failed orders, refunds, and disputed card charges can become part of the same website project very quickly. The mistake I see is sending a vague message that says the site has a payment problem. A practical support note should include the transaction ID, card charge date, merchant name, order page, receipt, dispute status, screenshot, and account email. That makes the issue easier to separate from design bugs, failed form validation, or normal checkout testing. When a disputed payment needs a service path, I set Chargeback customer service beside the payment record so the request points to one charge, one order, and one customer account. Clear payment evidence matters more than describing the whole course project.
