Felix CrevatGuestFrom the web site this appears to be identical to an older product called Gilisoft Video Editor. The screen illustration on Thundersoft’s site even shows the version number 7.1 of that old Gilisoft product. No idea what the relationship of the two brands is – they don’t mention it.
It’s a worthwhile product. I find it really convenient to use for a simple single-purpose video editing job like cutting or rotating.
But if the “1 year” license is an expiring version, it may not be worth it if you already have another more full-featured video editor.
Rogerio NespoloGuestI am not able to register the program, it says – Fail to activate the product, license verification failed.
I’ve tried to do the steps in the description but it didn’t work for me.
HerbGuestCan not register with the registration code provided.

GaryGuestThe URL for the download is: downloads[.]sharewareonsale[.]com / files / mac / video_editor_gotd.zip
Why is there a directory named “mac” in the URL?
Why is the file to download a “zip” file instead of a “hub” file?
Why does the zip file to download have “gotd” as part of the name?
Why does the extracted file from the zip file also have “gotd” as part of its name?I don’t know the reason for any of these things.
What I do know is that the same program was given away on GOTD and the activation code to use then is the exact same as the one provided for this offer. Normally, the offer on GOTD is in a separate wrapper made up of two parts. This program was not done that way. Instead, it was the same .exe file. They were named different but the HASH value proves the two .exe files are the same.
I’m guessing the developer somehow put the wrong program up for download.
