Wrong serial number.
As usual, a hot mess to register. I dl’d & installed. Cut & pasted the info & boom – trail version. Closed the program & reopened – boom still trial. Sooo I uninstalled & reinstalled. Got a new ID & Lic code. Boom still a trail. And I found the main page ( Franzis De) & when I try to login to see if I have a lic. Nope because under a regular customer when I input my login it has a giant REGISTER BUTTON. WTH? I get English is your 2nd language but could you at least hire or outsource some english speakers in the help area?
And here it is a week later & never got a reply after posting here & sending an email to Frazis Support. No surprise on that either.
