A non-existant review since I can’t use my purchase, so 0 out 100.
I have purchased a license for hosting for an unlimted amount of websites for $69. I would love to be able to use it, or review it, or do anything with it, starting next year. However, when I try to log into my ShareWareOnSale account to get the voucher to claim what I paid for, I am unable to do so, since for some reason, I cannot log into the account to claim the purchase voucher.
I have sent several mails to [email protected], which is the mail address on your “Contact us” page, sent messages on Facebook, and even commented on one of your facebook posts requesting that my account be reset, the coucher code be given to me, or that I get refunded. No feedback or replies on any one of the messages or attemps to reach out.
The question is, do sharewareonsale get a bad review, or is the product so bad that you do not feel comfortable allowing me to access the voucher code to make use of something I paid a lot for.
