Hi everyone, if you encountered the registration failed issue with error code 401, please follow these tips:
* Ensure you download the setup file from the SharewareOnSale website or use the download link provided in the email from SharewareOnSale.
* If you own a previous giveaway version, please remove your license (click the gear icon on the top right in the main interface, and select “About” from the drop-down menu to remove your license), uninstall the software, and then install & register VideoProc Converter AI.
* Input your email address and license code accurately. For example, entering the license code in the “Licensed Email” field will cause a registration issue. We recommend copying and pasting the license code into the software.
* If the above methods don’t work, email VideoProc support with detailed information, including screenshots of the error code/message. You will receive a response within 24 hours on workdays.
Digiarty’s procedure doesn’t work. Still get “invalid license code.” Digiarty support just said to use v 6.4, which is the one being offered. Why was my previous comment deleted?

Downloaded & installed, tried to launch and a message pop-up appeares : “THIS APPLICATIOM WIL NOT WORK ON YOUR COMPUTER, CONTACT THE VENDOR TO FIND PROPER VERSION”
I use WIN10 Pro 32bit and according to the offer description it should work without problems.
WEIRD[@tagr] Did you provide the support with a screenshot of the “invalid license code” message? It’s possible there was a mistake when entering the license code or other registration information. Additionally, please refer to our tips in another comment for further assistance.

I uninstalled the previous version, installed the VIDEOPROC CONVERTER AI (100% DISCOUNT), entered the SharewareOnSale exclusive license key for WINDOWS users and my email correctly.
Why the error and how to fix it, please?not sure whats up with this app but i get the same not verified 401 error. every time this app is updated it asks to reinter the name and serial and always get error every time. best to never update unless you want to spend days talking to support to get it working again. i just had to do a fresh windows install and dealing with this again now not able to register :/
